Coaching & How it Works

If you are not truly in tune with yourself – your core values how can you possibly live a happy and fulfilled life?

Unlike therapy, life coaching does not delve deeply into repressed memories it focuses on how you want your future to be. Coaching is a journey that will take you through a process of self-discovery, transformation and lasting change.

Our initial sessions will center on what’s holding you back such as limiting beliefs, your subconscious mind, negative behaviours and thought patterns that are not serving you.  You will start to gain a greater understanding of you, where you want to be and what’s important to you.

Using mindset frameworks we then start to replace old patterns and habits with new ones, new ways of thinking, being and doing. You will develop a completely different mindset to the one you have now, which will enable you to make the changes you want.  Your journey will be a positive one as you further develop skills, habits and strategies to accomplish progressive lasting change.

The hard work is down to you but I will be supporting throughout your journey, celebrating each step forward whilst holding you accountable and providing guidance until you get to where you want to be.
